We have been a member of the Saskatchewan Home Warranty Program for over twenty years and provide our clients with the Premier Coverage which offers a one-year warranty for workmanship and materials, a two-year warranty for water penetration and up to ten years of warranty on the structural integrity of your North Ridge home.

We are also a member of the Saskatoon and Region Home Builders’ Association wherein new homeowners can be assured that members will abide by a Code of Ethics and membership requirements such as the mandatory third-party warranty program.
